Position Summary
Our Chicago Field Service Rep will be an integral member of the Sales team to support the growth of both the Superfeet business and Superfeet team in the greater Midwest region. The successful candidate must have a key understanding of the Superfeet brand and its retail distribution, good knowledge of the footwear and insole business and ability to develop and implement plans to maximize those opportunities. This role is responsible for supporting the proactive management of the buy-sell cycle (prospect, plan, sell and service) with retail accounts in the assigned territory with an emphasis on increasing Sales and Service. This will include sales and business development in the following market segments: sports dealers including run specialty, outdoor, hockey, ski, etc., non-sport dealers including department stores, comfort shoe, industrial accounts and other related specialties, and other accounts as assigned. Regional and occasional national travel is required.
