We are looking for an energetic inside sales representative/account manager who emphasizes a superior level of customer service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Ability to work well with distributors and retailers of all sizes across a variety of industries including general sports and outdoors like camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, shooting, etc. as well as military, law enforcement, fire, rescue and self-defense. Responsible for building relationships primarily through telephone and e-mail correspondence with wholesale customers in an established territory. Responsible for educating and guiding customer to appropriate selection of Spyderco products, processing customer orders and paperwork within company policy standards and with a close attention to detail, and professionally fielding and researching customer issues and complaints. Out of state travel is required to occasionally attend trade shows and customer visits.

Requirements:
Sales/Account Management /Customer Service experience
Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Knife knowledge a plus
Enjoying the outdoors is a strong asset
