We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant.

Job Description:
This is an entry level, full time position where the candidate will be working with the sales & marketing teams. This individual will work out of our Eagle office. You will be a part of a small but diverse team without a lot of oversight and direction, so you will need to be results driven from the start.
Duties include supporting the QuietKat team by updating pricing and product offerings in various outlets, creating PowerPoint presentations for potential dealers, organizing logistics for trade shows and sales team travel, working closely with the Marketing Coordinator to keep marketing materials current, payment processing, answering incoming sales calls and any other general office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
1+ years of office experience. This position requires creative abilities so must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and MS Office Suite. Highly organized and capable of multitasking & prioritizing with excellent communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and have the flexibility to work outside normal hours to meet deadlines when necessary.
Physical Capability:
Ability to use general office equipment such as telephone, printer/copier, computer and work at a computer/desk for up to 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week.
Salary starts at $40,000 and is commensurate with experience.
