Global Rescue is looking for an experienced sales person who has demonstrated success in growing revenue through incremental sales and new business and has a track record of providing exceptional service to their clients. The ideal candidate enjoys travel and outdoor activities and has experience in an operations environment.


  • Serve as the dedicated account manager and primary point of contact for an assigned book of business
  • Provide ongoing client specific account and relationship management services, to include:
    • Develop working relationships at multiple levels, horizontally and vertically, within the client
      • Manage and enhance relationships with existing partners 
    • Become an expert on client programs and cultivate a trusted advisor partnership

o   Liaise on matters impacting the client’s use of GR’s services by acting as the primary point of contact between the client and GR’s Operations teams

o   Work directly with GR’s functional teams to support clients’ needs by coordinating and planning the use of internal resources to complete client requests for medical, security, and intelligence support

  • Implement new client programs, to include:
    • Create communications materials from end-user education through executive briefings
    • Conduct implementation meetings and conference calls
    • Ensure internal functional areas are apprised of new client programs

o   Oversee process support for accounting (invoicing and A/R)

o   Maintain membership data across clients

  • Define client retention and growth plans, to include:
    • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure program renewals
    • Lead discussions to meet client’s goals and objectives
    • Orchestrate internal resources to deliver timely contract deliverables to secure program renewals
    • Identify client needs to support the proposal of appropriate incremental services and solutions 
  • Drive revenue generation
    • via identification of new business opportunities, including securing new clients and account extensions that increase Global Rescue’s penetration and profile within new and existing market verticals by negotiating new partnerships, sponsorships and marketing actions
  • Domestic and international travel required


  • BA/BS degree plus 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience in an operations environment, such as military, security, intelligence, medical, or other related fields is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in establishing relationships and networks
    • Understand how to strategically and effectively navigate large, complex organizations
  • Track record of growing revenue through incremental sales and new business
  • Ability to thrive and stand out in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent negotiation, sales and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
