- Respond promptly to internet inquiries and inbound calls from existing customers and prospective customers
- Provide product information and prepare quotations.
- Follow-up and track sales leads, maintaining a CRM database
- Review bid packages and prepare detailed bid documents and quotations
- Liaison with customers, sales, design, manufacturing and suppliers
- Provide superior customer service and outside sales support
- Exhibit at 3 trade shows per year
- Minimum 4 years of sales or project management experience
- Four-year college degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personable, proactive and self-motivated
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Detail oriented
- CAD experience a plus
