We are looking for an experienced manager to help us open our first store in Breckenridge.  This exciting opportunity is full-time (40 hours per week) and provides great benefits: 100%-paid medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with a company match, 15 days of paid time off per year and a ski pass. We provide salaried pay plus bonus opportunity.


=        Store operations including hiring great staff, inventory management, sell-through and replenishment of merchandise, opening and closing, and overall store management

=        In-store merchandising and maintaining store appearance, including campaign execution, for effective visual appeal

=        Expert customer service and excellent representation of Helly Hansen toward customers, business partners, and employees

=        Assuming a leadership role within the team and ensuring company standards are upheld

=        Assisting customers with purchases, returns, and warranty claims

=        Answering questions about performance and technical aspects of our products


=        The ability to provide the highest level of customer service to a diverse clientele and ensure that the customer experience is always outstanding.

=        3+ years of retail store experience in a supervisory or management position, preferably in the sporting goods or outdoor apparel industry

=        The ability to work evenings, weekdays, weekends, holidays, and occasionally powder days

=        Intrinsic self-motivation and the drive to succeed

=        Excellent communication skills

=        Computer proficiency

=        A passion for the outdoors

=        The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations

=        A history of thriving in a fast-paced sales environment while continuing to provide a high level customer experience to multiple clients and training team members to the best of their ability
