Pro Ski and Mountain Service is an outdoor retail store located in North Bend, WA. We are a family owned business with a strong focus on skiing, backcountry skiing, climbing and hiking. We enjoy a reputation of excellent service and authentic product knowledge in a busy but fun and energetic atmosphere. We are looking for an assistant manager to join our great team and help us keep this 27 year tradition going in a strong growth environment. 


Assistant Manager Functions:

Provide excellent customer service.

Help coordinate events with store manager, owner, and events coordinator.

Execution of sales goals.

Upkeep of store merchandising standard.

Product assortment planning.

Product buying with owner and store manager

Importing Vendor SKU's into Quickbooks POS through Excel

Basic ski, binding and boot service.

Communicate and build relationships with brand representatives


Requirements:

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Strong sales skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Moderate Microsoft Excel

Commit to one weekend day per week 

Desire to work in the outdoor industry

Strong product knowledge in our core competencies of skiing, hiking and climbing. 

Ability to remain calm and friendly during times of pressure from heavy customer demand


Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of  V-Lookup and other Excel Functions for importing vendor products into Quickbooks Point of Sale

Knowledge of Quickbooks Point of Sale
