Cervelo is searching for a Regional Sales Director-West to plan, direct, and ensure the execution of the North American regional sales, target achievements and sales personnel development. The goal of this role is to meet or exceed established revenue and margin targets for the Western territory of the US. Education and/or Experience: 5+ years of experience in a wholesale or specialty distribution company; 5+ years of experience in sales management, managing at least 3 remote direct reports; 3+ years of experience in the outdoor industry, bicycle industry is preferred.
