Oversee marketing and marketing operations for the N. American market.



Detailed Job description and tasks are (but not limited to) :


=        Co-ordinating the global marketing team to deliver a distinctive message for the Canadian and American markets.

=        Development of market specific strategies in alignment with corporate messaging and objectives.

=        Management of PR and associated assets.

=        Marketing budget oversight and management for optimization and profitability.

=        Development of outward facing collateral; consumer, media, etc.

=        Day-to-day execution of all campaigns within the print and digital space.

=        Identify and engage consumer facing strategies in a manner which best maximizes exposure and return on investment for brand.

=        Planning, execution and management of company field marketing campaigns and objectives.

=        Maintain and enforce company visual standards and identity.

=        Co-ordinating and execution of event logistics; trade shows, consumer facing events, festivals, etc.

=        Develop and manage N. American social media channels and SEO strategy.

=        Monitor and engage consumers via said social media channels for company; IG, Facebook, etc.

=        Liaise and co-ordinate with outside agency for campaign development and planning.

=        Manage and maximize dealer experience center in Salt Lake City.

=        Must be open to travel up to 50% during peak season and be an active cyclist.

=        Manage brand ambassador & evangelist program

=        Coordinate all trade marketing activities

=        Develop ASSOS ProShop (the 1%) marketing program
