They are a very effective communicator, comfortable with carrying a heavy workload and managing multiple projects at once. As a student of the market, this person stays on top of current trends in mainstream media and the outdoor industry. They have an acute understanding of design and marketing campaign strategies. -          Bachelor’s degree

-          Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing role

-          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-          Ability to use web and social analytics to evaluate marketing opportunities

-          Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

-          Experience with Word Press





· Coordinate, develop and deliver email campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite and MailChimp

· Source and coordinate all marketing purchasing needs

· Triage and respond to incoming marketing requests

· Coordinate and execute updates to our company websites using Word Press

· Provide service to our VIP partners and content team

· Support the marketing team in planning and executing events

· Assist in the development of marketing communications campaigns

· Create, edit, optimize and deliver marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite

· Ensure messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies

· Coordinate multiple marketing projects from concept to execution

· Assist in content delivery across multiple channels (web, social, email, print, etc.)

· Participate in strategic branding and marketing discussions

· Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistent brand voice is kept and design standards are met

· Research current marketing trends

· Develop fresh content ideas
