We are looking for a friendly, self-starter who loves multi-tasking, has excellent writing and proofreading skills and previous marketing experience to join our team of mountain biking enthusiasts.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administrative tasks to support Marketing Department activities and coordinate with other company departments
  • Work with the Social Media Coordinator to create meaningful social media communities and programs that add value to our overall marketing plan
  • Assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies
  • Utilize marketing analytics and gather important data from social media platforms and websites
  • Work at demo events and help with special events on both weekday and weekends
  • Compose and post online content across multiple channels (web, social, etc.)
  • Domestic travel to events as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the Marketing field or a BS in Marketing, preferred
  • Core understanding of the bike industry, aesthetic and sponsorship standards, preferred
  • Strong knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Photography skills are a plus, but not required
  • Skilled with the following software:
    • Adobe Creative Suite
    • Office 365
    • Mailchimp
    • Google Analytics
    • Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
