ROTOR America, located in Salt Lake City, UT is the US subsidiary of ROTOR Bike Components in Spain.

We are looking for an Lead Account Executive based out of our North American HQ in SLC. This job brings the opportunity to drive business for an internationally-recognized Spanish brand known for technological innovation. 
High Level: 

Take ownership of day-to-day ROTOR America sales targets: brainstorm & innovate on initiatives to move the needle with rep support & IBD programs.

Work with VP of Business Development to create goals for in-house sales and outside reps alike. Allocate unmanned territories up across inside staff so all areas of the country are covered.

• Work with Sales Reps to reach goals. This is where we get granular and look for opportunities in the data.

Fine Print: 

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in customer support in the bicycle industry.

Must have strong history of leading sales initiatives in the bike or outdoor industry.

• Be able to travel approximately 20% as needed for sales & marketing events.

Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively handle customer questions, demands, and complaints.

Be comfortable with technology. Background in SAP &/or Creative Suite a plus.

 Be excited to work in an entrepreneurial environment: this means we all pitch in where needed. We color outside the lines. 

Background in bicycle mechanics: drivetrains, bottom bracket compatibility & power meters, esp.

Possess a dynamic, positive and fun can-do attitude.
