Job Purpose: Prospect, develop and strengthen relationships with current and new customers including domestic, international and e-commerce. Develop and execute growth plans for key accounts.

 Essential Duties/Responsibilities

§   Manage and develop long-term relationships with key accounts

§   Communicates proactively with customers to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded

§   Manage and develop current customer base while recruiting new potential business

§   Presents solutions, negotiates the deal and closes the sale

§   Provides accurate and timely forecasts to management

§   Collaborates with product management, marketing and engineering regarding new product ideas

§   Manages & strategically utilizes sales representatives

§   Create and deliver effective sales presentations

Qualifications & Requirements

§   3+ years archery/hunting products selling experience

§   Demonstrates proven sales track record of consistently exceeding corporate goals 

  Walmart account management experience preferred

§   Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills

§   Demonstrates well-developed organizational and time management skills

§   Possesses a high degree of motivation and drive for results

§   Avid archer or hunter, preferred

Physical Demands    

§ Sitting, talking and listening at least 2/3 of the time

§ Lifting up to 25 pounds

§ Fine motor coordination

 Working Conditions

§ Office environment

§ Travel up to 50% of time
