Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
= Management of all company systems both internally and remote.
= Server management and oversight to ensure security, integration, upgrades.
= System Integrations over multiple internal and external operating and data management systems.
= Suggest and plan for upgrades working within a budget.
= Work with department managers on programming and data sharing projects
= Identify, problem solve issues and development backup systems as needed
= Train and coach all employees on appropriate use of systems
= Develop procedure and policies for data and IT usage companywide
= Hire, train and manage future IT dept. staff as department grows
= 2+ years of previous IT management and staff management experience.
= Customer-oriented attitude with a strong desire to go above and beyond the needs of our dealers and customers.
= Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
= Strong inter-personal communication skills.
= Ability to resolve complex issues with a positive attitude.
= Excellent organizational skills and a desire to proactively address issues.
= Must be able to work and thrive in a fast paced, high intensity environment.
= Adept at time management and multitasking
= Travel as needed
= VMWare ESX
= Windows and Linux server expertise
= Office 365
= LAN/WAN /WIFI Expertise
= Firewall and Security configuration
= Telecom Support
= Client Support (Windows and MAC)
= Application support
= Basic Web Commerce Support
= Attention to detail and accuracy
= A self-starter who is comfortable ‘finding their own way’ and jumping into projects.
= Organized, Punctual, Analytical and problem solving skills.
= Positive attitude and a ‘team member’ mentality.
= Superb customer service skills.
= High level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
