The Position: Inside Sales Representative

b4Adventure, the leader in getting kids and families active having fun, is expanding and seeking self-motivated, dynamic, and outgoing candidate for our new Inside Sales position based in our Denver, Colorado headquarters. The Inside Sales role candidate will have the ability to develop strong, long-term relationships and have a proven track record of servicing key accounts with excellent customer service. You must possess exceptional written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills. Our ideal candidate can connect with brand partners in both the outdoor and toy industry, be strategic and aggressive.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support sales growth by developing and managing relationships with existing and new Key Accounts
  • Assist in the development of short term and long-term strategies and programs to increase sales and profitability
  • Take orders, prepare quotes, and manage dealer program pre-order shipments
  • Meet a minimum outbound call quota to establish connections with brand partners
  • Outbound calling to prospect with new and current accounts

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, priorities, and tasks
  • Retail experience in the outdoor, toy industry
  • Self-starter with the ability to take independent action or work as a team as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal ·
  • Ability to travel to events/tradeshows and some key account meetings
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and experience with Fishbowl inventory management system a plus
