Bikes Make Life Better plans and operates bike programs for large organizations that have a strong commitment to sustainable transportation. We run a robust bike program, on contract, for a high-tech company headquartered in Menlo Park (yes, that one!) and are seeking a dynamic General Manager to successfully lead our team of 60-80 employees and manage the overall function of the program.
The General Manager will work under the direction of Bikes Make Life Better, in collaboration with our client, to guide the efforts and outcomes of the managers who run campus bike operations, shop operations, fleet operations and employee bike programs. This individual must have a talent for people management and will listen, understand and anticipate client and staff needs.
Salary commensurate with experience
