365 Cycles is seeking a talented individual with extensive bike knowledge to help guide the development of our customer service team. In this role, you will be the expert voice of 365 Cycles that helps provide answers to the customer service team and to the customer. You will need to have the ability to help answer customer inquiries about specific fitment and provide technical information on bicycle components. This role is best geared toward someone with the ability to teach and help coach the overall bicycle knowledge of the customer service team.


Responsibilities

  • Be a part of a growing team and provide customer service team with expert level bicycle knowledge

  • Look for and capitalize on opportunities to build customer service bicycle knowledge

  • Answer customer inquiries on multiple channels to include email communication, phone conversation and online chat messaging

  • Resolve customer order issues in an organized fashion

  • Provide support on bicycle components, accessories, and tools

  • Process returns accurately and in a timely manner

  • Process warranty claims

  • Collaborate with leadership team to communicate customer feedback.


Qualifications

  • Experience in bike mechanics and/ or sales in the cycling industry

  • Extensive knowledge covering a variety of bicycle types and styles

  • Must have a strong desire to provide superior customer service to the customer.

  • Must be driven to help the customer solve issues that they are experiencing with swift execution.

  • Have the ability to communicate clearly through written and verbal communication.

  • A basic competency in grammar and punctuation is a must.

  • Ability to problem solve

  • Must be very organized and have the ability to work both independently and also as a team member.

  • Have a desire to work and be part of a growing team that loves bikes.
