Helly Hansen is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager for North America. This role is responsible for the planning and execution of the growth strategy for Helly Hansen’s eCommerce channel in North America. This includes management of the eCommerce team in North America, promotions; content and products on-site, managing banner content, and planning and implementing a plan for personalization and A/B testing. 

The role will also have a responsibility for working with the global digital marketing team and regional marketing teams to optimize regional digital marketing execution in North America. This entails partnering with the Regional marketing team to ensure best practice digital marketing standards are applied to regional campaigns. Making sure we seize regional and local opportunities within digital partnerships and affiliates

It is important to be a self-starter that can make and manage plans for the eCommerce team in North America. The ability to both be able to identify opportunities and take action without the need for instruction, while also being able to carry out plans and secure alignment with the greater organization – is important in this role,

The position is located at our Helly Hansen North American office in Sumner, WA. The eCommerce Manager reports directly to the Head of Ecommerce.

Specific responsibilities will include:

=         Plan and execute activities to maximize revenue through HH’s online channel in North America

=         Create and deliver on budgets for revenue and spend for North America

=         Create a high performing culture in the eCommerce and Digital team in North America

=         Create plans for testing and personalization to optimize regional content and consumer promotions

=         Collaborate with digital, marketing, and retail teams to build a content and promotional calendar that supports brand objectives and drives revenue

=         Engage with the digital marketing team to ensure that Hellyhansen.com has the best assets and content to capitalize on commercial opportunities as well as strengthen the brand positioning

=         Understand customer behavior on the website, and adjust tactics accordingly

The successful candidate will have:

=         5 years’ experience in eCommerce

=         Experience with digital marketing related eCommmerce

=         Experience working with A/B testing and online merchandising tools

=         Experience with professional analytics tools and analysis methods

=         Basic Photoshop skills and a strong eye for detail

=         Experience with eCommerce

=         Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Skills in Norwegian, Swedish, German, French, Italian or Spanish are a strong bonus.
