Global Rescue is seeking a hungry Sales professional to lead our Partner and Channel Sales efforts. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of Sales in this area and a driving a team of Sales Representatives to achieve revenue objectives. Along with leading and mentoring a team of channel professionals, this role will recruit, maintain, and expand relationships with new and assigned channel partners. This role will also maintain responsibility for developing new relationships with partners in assigned verticals and to cultivate a strong pipeline. Senior level role that reports directly to the VP of Sales.


  • Manage and lead an aggressive, entrepreneurial group engaged in managing and leading business development and sales activities towards Global Rescue’s strategic affinity partners
  • Perform all necessary functions to effectively manage and lead a team of Sales Representatives throughout the employee life cycle – hiring, motivating, providing guidance, and performance management
  • Analyze existing sales and marketing strategies; identify strengths and weaknesses and which strategies generate revenue
  • Develop a strategy and action plan for Global Rescue to enter new market verticals within its consumer division
  • Increase Global Rescue’s penetration and profile within new market verticals by negotiating new partnerships, sponsorships and marketing actions
  • Exceed sales quotas
  • Write proposals, presentation decks, and other custom client-facing materials
  • Responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with existing partners 
  • Support general business development and marketing efforts
  • Domestic and international travel required


  • 8-10 years of sales, business development or channel marketing experience 
  • Prior account management experience strongly preferred
  • Leadership experience
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Highly energetic and motivated to succeed 
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales revenue quotas
  • Ability to thrive and stand out in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent negotiation, sales and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication 
  • Attention to detail and follow-through 
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills 
  • Experience with outdoor or travel sectors or other related fields is a plus
