The Digital Strategist position will be a numbers driven individual responsible for driving new member acquisition across a variety of paid media platforms.  


We are in need of a Digital Strategist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This individual should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Strategist will work with the marketing team, supporting teams, vendors and agencies to launch campaigns on time and on budget.



  • Paid Search Strategy
  • Plan and execute all web, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Paid Social Ads, Retargeting, etc.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Keyword analysis and implementation across all channels
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments, conversion tests, A/B testing
  • SEM/PPC Campaign management
  • Online Advertising Strategy
  • Budget Management
  • Data Analysis (Excel and Google Analytics)
  • Affiliate marketing management
  • Competitive Analysis
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and implement where seen fit


  • SEO strategy and optimization
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
  • Competitive analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in fast-paced, collaborative environment 
  • Works well under pressure
  • Effectively handles conflict and demonstrates flexibility in work style to accommodate changing priorities and fixed deadlines
  • Knowledge in the Magento/WordPress site platforms is a plus


  • Ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrate experience leading and managing the website, SEO/SEM, marketing database, paid social, display advertising, etc.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Creative thinker - able to come up with concepts that are refreshing and new, while remaining on brand
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Adaptable - able to work in a fast paced environment and able to meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of the outdoor and/or footwear industry
  • Up to date on the latest trends in the digital marketing realm, as well as keeping up with ongoing changes in the industry


Individuals must be currently located or willing to re-locate to Boulder, Colorado.
