 Dealer Services Coordinator (DSC)

This data entry and customer service position will be actively involved with each order through its life-cycle, from entry to allocation and through delivery.  This position will also be active in supporting the brands and sales teams throughout the annual sales campaigns.  The DSC position is a great way to gain a deep understanding of the ski industry by building relationships with reps, dealers, and actively participating in operations. This DSC will foster a strong skillset around time management and priority setting.  A highly motivated self-starter with a close eye for detail and process will be the best fit to this role. 


Order Processing: ~60% of daily workflow

       Order Entry to IQMS ERP software

       Product Allocations

       Order Confirmations sent to accounts and reps

       Order Entry of rep/distributor and in-house sales samples

Dealer and Rep Services: ~30% of daily workflow

       Rep demo ski management and preparation

       Rep demo ski verifications for the in-house and rep fleets, via the Trello software

       First-line support to dealers by providing sales literature (pricing, T/C’s, line lists, dealer aps) and general information

       Manage the DPS global dealer lists and update Locally.com as needed

       Backfilling Operations, Finance and Distribution Teams for specific projects on an as-needed basis seasonally.

       Assist with the product return (RMA) process, including order entry and dealer/consumer communication

       Assist with trade show (national/regional) preparation and attendance

Administrative Support ~10% of daily workflow

       Manage shared office resources such as Conference room, Company Vehicles, Conference Line, and similar.

       Sorting and distributing mail (daily)

       On an as-needed basis, provide support booking travel and trade show logistics

       Strong organizational skills and demonstrated experience planning, organizing, and working with frequent interruptions.

       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

       Skill and experience in preparing written communications including but not limited to: creating meeting minutes, letters, memos, internal communications, and responses to public information requests.

       Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.

       Able to handle confidential information discreetly.

       Minimum three (3) years of customer service, sales, or similar related experience.


       Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.  Bachelor degree preferred.

       Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.



The candidate must be able to:

       Work occasional evening and weekends during periods of heavy workload or to meet deadlines

       Sit and use a personal computer for long periods of time

       Lift boxes, binders and other materials up to 40 lbs.

       Limited travel may be required
