The ideal candidate will possess:
Positive attitude, quick and confident learner and team player
Intermediate/Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite
Effective time management, good organizational skills and ability to multitask
Professional attitude with ability to work well with others and take direction
Desire to expand skill set, increase company-wide efficiencies, and be a positive interpersonal factor in the office (work hard, have fun)
Outdoor and international travel experience is preferred
Ability to travel occasionally (10-15% of the time) and work remotely
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and ability to lift 30 lbs
Proficiency with:
Microsoft Office (XLS & Word)
Gmail and supporting Google Office Apps
Experience in inventory management
Prior logistics experience and/or understanding of shipping and fulfillment processes a plus
Clear, concise communication via phone, email and telepathy
Quickbooks experience is a plus
Work ethically, with high degree of transparency, collaboration and good vibes
Responsibilities will stretch across multiple disciplines and include but not be limited to the following:
Logistics and Shipping
Order Processing - Work closely with GRAYL Team and 3rd Parties to ensure accurate and timely movement of GRAYL products to consumers, wholesale and international customers
Ensure timely fulfillment of all orders, coordinating with customers, dealers, and fulfillment center to mitigate delays and resolve issues impacting the delivery of GRAYL products to both domestic and international locations
Supply Chain management - Collaborate with international partners to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of GRAYL products
Inventory management - Working with 3rd Party Warehouses, track, manage and maintain
Inventory forecasting - Master GRAYL’s inventory crystal ball to maintain perfect inventory levels of all products in all warehouses at all times
Identify opportunities for increased efficiency in shipping, warehousing, and shipping consumables, etc
Demonstrate the ability to think quickly and collaborate with customers, teammates, and partners in an effort to solve unique and time-sensitive challenges
Maintain an in-depth understanding of GRAYL products and the portable water filtration industry as a whole in order to accurately and confidently address customer questions and concerns
Manage many competing priorities and tasks while maintaining a singular focus on customer satisfaction
Clearly communicate project details, guidelines, and deadlines
Identify limitations and constraints, quickly craft solutions to overcome obstacles, adeptly troubleshoot unexpected issues
Maintain positive working relationships with fulfillment center team members
Dealer Services and Sales
Manage and accurately process orders on-time while overseeing delivery of products to our valued Dealer Partners
Process new account setup, forms, credit apps, and dealer profiles
Problem-solve inventory, delivery, and non-compliance routing issues
Communicate with National Sales Rep force to share data, further product knowledge, and provide GRAYL updates
Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
Prepare materials for trade shows as well as manages pre/post show emails and dealer contact database.
Event Marketing, PR outreach, Special packages
Represent GRAYL products and values with high level of integrity
Ability to travel to regional and national events as needed
Coordinate and help set-up events nationwide
Assist in local events that showcase GRAYL
Package and ship media related products, notes, and/or mailers
