Princeton Tec, a leading US manufacturer of personal lighting products in the Outdoor, Tactical, Industrial, SCUBA and Bike markets seeks a full time Dealer Service Representative to assist the Sales Team. This role will work with all divisions within the company acting as a brand ambassador to ensure the highest level of dealer service possible for consumers, dealers, distributors, and new business leads.

Duties will also include:

  • Managing customer purchase orders with accuracy to include pricing, discounts, terms and shipping instructions.
  • Contacting customers to coordinate ship dates and product availability.
  • Communicate sales orders changes and amendments to all appropriate departments.
  • Complete quote requests
  • Organize and handle customer and sales rep mailings, including sales programs, catalogs, samples and other miscellaneous mailings
  • Attend and provide support at trade shows as requested.
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills along with being comfortable working in a small team environment.
  • Provide back up for any and all other Sales Team members.

You should have professional communication skills, swift problem solving ability, and be capable of multitasking in a continually evolving work environment. You should also have experience and proficiency with MS Office, a passion for the outdoors, and an understanding of the outdoor marketplace.
