The ASSOS USA Dealer Sales Representative is responsible for overseeing the sales vision and being an ambassador for all things ASSOS. This person needs to be a passionate driver of communication, brand education and go to guide for dealers and outside sales representatives. This individual must have a passion for cycling.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be the point of contact to assigned retail partners and handles all phone calls from retailers for sales and warranty issues.
  • Support outside sales force with data analytics, not limited to; backorder management, available to sell, pre-book management.
  • Strong ability to sell in/fill in-order fulfillment via phone.
  • Outbound calls; using available inventory opportunities to create business and to drive the business.
  • Manage reporting communication to retailers on shipments status, pre-books, inventory.
  • Work with Sales Management to relate, communicate, and execute the annual sales plan.
  • Be an expert on all things ASSOS.
  • Provide product and sales knowledge to retailers.
  • Provide World Class Customer Service and build strong relationships with our customers.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Travel and participate in ASSOS events and service clinics as required.
  • Develop a trusted relationship with ASSOS dealers by providing exceptional sales training that delivers the what, when, and why of the brand and product line through exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Work with management to find new sales leads and assist in onboarding new retailers.
  • Assist with daily office operations.
  • This position reports directly to the Senior Sales Operations Manager

=        High level of organizational skills, attention to detail and planning.

=        A strong work ethic and desire to win.

=        Experience in working with enterprise software systems; NetSuite is preferred, but Oracle, SAP, etc.

=        Good oral and written skills.

=        3+ years of bicycle or outdoor industry experience preferred.

=        4 year college degree or experience in lieu of education.
