Dealer customer service position available at LOWA Boots LLC, distributor of performance outdoor boots and shoes. Located in Stamford, CT, successful candidate will work in our office and be in direct daily contact with retail buyers taking & processing their orders & invoices, providing product, sales & inventory information; performing related office functions and working with all levels of our company. Must have outdoors orientation to be able to relate to customer base.
Candidate should be very proficient on computers with great & accurate typing, MS Word, MS Excel, PDF and related skills, EDI experience a plus. Needs to have a clear voice and positive phone presence, be able to multitask, problem solve and be detail oriented. Needs to work with others for mailings, sample distribution, website maintenance and all other related tasks.
Opportunity to travel to industry trade shows and events available. Previous outdoor or related specialty sports or shoe experience at retail or wholesale a plus!
Salary commensurate with experience. Benefit package including health insurance, 401K program and free shoes!
