Job Responsibilities:

The Customer Service (Archery Techxpert) (CST) is responsible for answering customer calls, live chats and emails to provide excellent customer service. Customer interaction will include but not be limited to placing orders, answering technical questions and providing assistance with all customer related concerns. The CST will provide efficient follow up as needed or requested by customers. Successfully work through customer grievances resulting in a satisfied customer. Maintain active and dynamic knowledge of archery products in inventory.
Required Skills:
  • Archery Knowledge is required (Please include all archery knowledge/experience when applying to this position.)
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office 
  • Strong ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with customers and employees 
  • Detail oriented with strength in multi-tasking 
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivating and able to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
