Lems is seeking a driven, outgoing and hard-working Customer Service Specialist that can assist in the daily operations of our footwear company. We are an exciting, fast-paced company that works hard and has fun while doing so. As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, we would like to add members to our small team that is passionate and motivated to help elevate our growth. We are a small company of nine, looking for an individual that can work well in a team environment. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responding to Customer Emails
  • Answering incoming Customer phone calls
  • Placing orders
  • Answering Live Chat in a professional manner
  • Maintain proper phone/email etiquette
  • Processing returns and exchanges
  • Ability to resolve customer issues in a professional and satisfactory manner
  • Full time position: 35-40 hours/week - 8am -4pm*


  • Must have a minimum of an Associate's Degree
  • 1-2+ years experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of minimalist footwear is preferred
  • Above average computer skills
  • Strong verbal communications skills
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Quick learner
  • Working knowledge of Spanish, French or German a plus
