Position Duties:
-Serve daily as a professional, friendly,
customer-oriented representative of Nikwax, communicating with our sales staff,
retailers and consumers using phone and email.
-Provide exceptional solutions-oriented customer service, product
information and order entry accuracy to support business growth.
-Complete order entry with accuracy.
-Generate add-on sales when working
with retailers and consumers by relevant product suggestion and promotions.
-Update and maintain customer records
and required documents in order entry system.
-Monitor and adapt to inventory challenges
when processing orders.
-Troubleshoot and resolve escalated
customer service issues.
-Contribute to monthly and YTD sales
& productivity of CS department.
-Suggest improvements to increases
customer satisfaction.
-Support events as requested.

Qualifications:
Exceptional
and professional communications skills - both verbal and written
Must
be capable of quickly learning software systems, product line, product
characteristics, and competitive product landscape in order to best inform and
serve customers,must
have at least one year's experience in a customer service role,
Microsoft Office competency.
Some
experience of warehouse/freight logistics a plus.
Preferred
but not required: candidates with Outdoor sports experience, and /or those with
French or Spanish as a second language
