Job Description- A Flylow customer service representative is responsible for effectively and professionally communicating informative conversations with customers via telephone or email, order processing, completing warranty procedures, managing customer profiles and providing assistance with all things Flylow. 

 

Job Responsibilities-

  • Promptly respond to customer service & warranty emails
  • Warranty pipeline manager
  • Handle incoming customer service & warranty calls 
  • Assist fulfilling website and retail orders
  • Monitor pro sites – Outdoor Prolink, ExpertVoice, Flylow Pro Shop, etc.
  • Complete regular inventory system tasks
  • Actively assist with daily warehouse responsibilities 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications-

  • University/4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years customer service experience 
  • Knowledge of outdoor retail industry
  • Experience with outdoor apparel
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs – mainly Excel
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Experience with Fishbowl – inventory management system
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Self-starter/self-motivated due to relaxed team environment
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs
