Customer Care/Fulfillment Assistant

Summary: Rab & Lowe Alpine USA are looking for an adventurous, fun and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail to join our team. The person selected will be part of a team that ships Rab and Lowe Alpine products to outdoor customers and retailers.  This role will have a broad range of responsibilities – varying daily between warehouse operations (shipping/receiving), the servicing and processing of warranty requests, and assembling and managing direct consumer order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for each step of the warranty/repair services on customer claims including check-in and evaluation of incoming shipments
  • Coordinating repair services with third-party providers and monitoring quality control of repairs
  • Shuttling items to and from local repair shops (in Boulder, CO)
  • Shipping and receiving duties include all aspects of warehouse functions; including the receiving, stocking, and shipping of product for retailer/consumer delivery 
  • Maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion
  • Direct consumer order fulfillment coordination
  • Other duties as assigned


Other Information:
Ideal future employee must have a strong work ethic with attention to detail,
show excellent communications skills, both oral and written and be able to operate effectively and professionally under pressure. Candidate will need to have a reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, a valid driver’s license, a working knowledge of computers, and be able to move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Applicant should be able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment. Occasional use of a 6ft ladder is necessary.
