Essential Duties / Responsibilities
§ Responds to dealer and consumer inquires based on acquired product knowledge
§ Builds strong rapport with all assigned accounts, including key vendors
§ Makes proactive calls to dealers to ensure customer satisfaction
§ Assists consumers with problem solving equipment issues and offering suggestions regarding product setup
§ Resolves customer requests regarding product issues, shipment issues, and parts requests
§ Manages assigned projects such as coordination of .com order management and management of parts inventory
§ Assists sales with research, ensures correct order processing of assigned account
§ Processes all customer credit requests (return authorizations and deductions)
§ Manages assigned product e-mail boxes
§ Communicates identified product situations to proper internal departments
§ Assists in obtaining department goals
Qualifications & Requirements
§ 1-2 years customer service experience – knowledge of archery equipment and tuning required
§ Solid Knowledge of computer software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
§ Ability to input data into computer system while on the phone with customers
Physical Demands
§ Position requires sitting, talking and listening at least 2/3 of the time
§ Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
