ECOXGEAR is looking for a passionate and skilled sales rep to join our growing organization to increase our sales and profitability. This sales professional will work on diverse initiatives from growing current customers to expanding into new sales channels. You will work with our current sales and support team in a very collaborative and interactive environment. In addition to managing and growing the direct relationship with our customers, as your experience grows with ECOXGEAR this position will also manage multiple independent reps / rep agencies.

The position requires travel extensively through the US . Travel will be required between 25 – 75% of the time depending on the season, and as sales opportunities arise / require. The position is based out of Poway, California. Initially, the person will be required to be in the office when not traveling but as the position matures working out of a remote location is OK.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customers to discuss their needs and to grow their business profitably
  • Attend 3-4 trade shows a year including CES and Outdoor Retailer
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale agreements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information
  • Consistent account management

Required Experience

  • High school degree, college preferred
  • 2-5 years of sales experience selling to retailers
  • Experience in the consumer electronics product category a big plus
  • Experience selling into the outdoor retail channel or cellular reseller channel a big plus
