General Purpose of the job

The Customer Service Representative interacts with Customers on behalf of Obsession Bows, a division of Arcus Hunting.  The candidate will provide information about products and services, process orders, respond to customer complaints, and process returns.

Main Responsibility Areas


·         Process orders via fax, email and telephone for Obsession Bows

·         Handles complaint resolution competently by demonstrating the ability to openly listen, asking questions to clarify requests, relating empathetically and responding in a professional way

·         Demonstrate strong customer service skills while on the phone

·         Act as a liaison with sales personnel and dealers to meet and exceed customer expectations

·         Maintain working knowledge of all company products

·         Represent Arcus Hunting in a professional and courteous manner through quality phone conversation and written correspondence

·         Maintain working knowledge of all company products

Needed Competencies

·         Strong customer service skills including listening, relating, initiative, and focused on providing the customer quality support

·         Organization, planning, problem analysis and problem-solving skills

·         Strong Attention to detail

·         Knowledge on the inner workings of a compound bow

·         Able to adapt and prioritize work to support customer base

·         Team orientated

Needed Work Experience

·         Customer service experience in the Archery industry, whether in Manufacturing or an Archery Pro Shop

·         MS Office suite of products

·         Experience with ERP systems, MS Dynamics GP a plus


·         High school Degree
